Jasmine Potato Toast - Best breakfast ever to crave your salty tooth and your sweet tooth.
Cut up a Jasmine Sweet potato into slices like toast and bake at 375 for 20 min until tender.
Top one slice with avocado and tomato and a hard boiled egg with a dash of everything but the bagel seasoning.
Top the other slice with rx vanilla almond butter spread topped with bananas strawberries and cinnamon.

Zucchini and Sweet Potato Hash - Super fun if you're in the mood for pancakes (off limits on whole 30).
Shred 1 zucchini and 1 sweet potato and mix with an egg. Use about 1/4 cup and fry it on the pan with some olive oil.
Flip both sides until golden brown. I topped mine with some avocado but if you're feeling sweet try almond butter.

Chia Seed Pudding - The BEST replacement for oatmeal but of course due to whole 30 rules try to eat a veggie on the side or another serving at lunch.
2 cups of almond milk
1/2 cup of chia seeds
a dash of cinnamon
1/4 cup of raw coconut flakes.
Mix it all together and put it in a jar overnight. Take it out the next morning and top with berries and almond butter.

My Go-To omelet - I think I ate this probably almost everyday on whole 30.
Whisk 1 egg and 4 egg whites.
Mix with one cup of spinach and cherry tomatoes.
Fry some Applegate sassauge on the side (I always used the Italian or apple).
Throw some avocado slices or fruit on the side.

Egg Cups - If you have a busy week you want to make these.
8 eggs
2 chopped small red potatoes
1/2 chopped onion
1 cup chopped spinach
2 chopped Italian Applegate chicken sausages
4 sliced cherry tomatoes
Spray your pan and like the bottom with the sausage, then add in the ingredients that you prewisked in a bowl. Cook at 350 for about 20 minutes until the come out clean with a fork.
