Cobb Salad - This is a typical lunch for me.

1 cup Mixed greens Chopped cucumber

Chopped carrots

1 diced tomato

1 hardboiled egg

2 paleo bacon strips

ANY primal kitchen or Farm fields dressing

Tomato basil farm fields dressing pictured here.

Brownie Energy Balls - taste like a brownie *warm it up a few seconds and its incredible*

In the blender put in

1/4 cup raw walnuts

3/4 cup raw almonds

Blend together until we’ll blended well but not too much (that’s how but butter is made)

Add in

1 1/2 cups medjool dates

1/4 cup cocoa powder

Keep pushing down it will turn into a thick consistency

Once all blended roll into balls with unsweetened coconut flakes

Staple Snack - My go-to snack always.

1/2 chopped Green apple

1/2 Chopped Cucumber

Handful of Sugar Snap Pees

2 tablespoons of Plain RX Almond Butter

Tuna Salad - If you love tuna this ones for you.

1 can of tuna

1 tablespoon ANY primal kitchen dressing I used Honey Mustard

1 cup chopped Celery

1 cup Spinach

Dash of everything but the bagel seasoning

Banana Chips - Great snack and topping and super easy.

2-3 Sliced bananas

3 Lemons Juiced

Cinnamon

Olive oil Spray

Set your oven to 200 degrees F and Place tin foil on 2 baking sheets. Spray these down so much because the bananas will stick and it will be hard to flip them. Place in slide of banana into lemon juice and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 1 hour. Check on them to see if they are cooking (don't burn them but you'll want them brown) flip over and bake for another hour.
