I FINALLY finished whole 30! To be honest the 30 days flew by. However, towards the end when my boyfriend would make pancakes those days were pretty tough...

Overall, I loved the diet. You don't weigh yourself during the process, you don't count calories, and you don't restrict yourself from eating. Personally, I have digestion issues, problems with energy, and occasional stubborn breakouts that I can't fix. I was eating a lot of sugar free foods and knew I needed a serious cleanse so that my body could reset. I thought this diet would be the perfect way to do that and here's what it did:

-Digestion issues GONE

-Clear glowing skin (pictured above)

-More Energy

-Better Sleep

-Minimized body fat

-Balanced hormones

I have never felt as good as I do now but I won't lie and say it wasn't hard. The diet is SUPER strict and not sustainable unless you want to bring your own meals to the party and be a label nazi forever. Also, if you cheat you have to start all over again... yep even if you're on day 20.

A lot of spices and sauces I had contained chemicals that were not approved which led me to buy basically a whole new pantry. My diet consisted of potatoes, fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, and nuts and that was it. But I tried to make it fun and enjoyable and it really was.

Cooking the approved meals helped me to get creative in a time of boredom. Since eating baked goods, refined sugars, dairy, and alcohol were out of the picture doing this diet when you can't leave the house for months because of a pandemic was perfect.

I did do a ton of research beforehand (just because I had the time) and found out after the 30 days you're not actually done... Crazy. The real purpose of the diet is to cleanse your body and then reintroduce things that you may be intolerant to. For example every 3 days you introduce a new food group. I reintroduced legumes, dairy, gluten free grains, and gluten. I took notes of how I felt with each introduced food group and honestly I didn't even miss them that much.

Whole 30 has helped me to look at my diet and see how I can make the best nutritional choices through Whole Foods first before grabbing that protein bar with tons of chemicals.

If you want to try the diet yourself message me I'll be I'm happy to help. Whole 30 was a game changer for me and I think it will be for you too.
